I have been writing and writing and the swirling spirals are dancing in beautiful chaos.
I know the connection is there…
And I know…

Now…

I simply need to observe
and listen
and follow shells
and marvel
and laugh
and wonder
and feel pain
and question
and smile
and sit
and ‘gracias’
and sleep
and remember
and touch
and cry
and stretch
and discover
and smell
and meditate
and ‘buen Camino’
and ask
and eat
and flow
and read
and experience
and…
FEEL…

And walk… One foot in front of another… Walk.
